Description
Required Qualifications:
- Active New Jersey RN License or Multi-State Compact RN License.
- ASN required (BSN preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of recent Labor & Delivery experience.
- Current BLS (AHA) certification.
- Current NRP certification.
- Advanced AWHONN Fetal Monitoring or Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) certification.
- Experience with EPIC electronic medical records preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ACLS certification.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage high-acuity obstetric patients in a fast-paced clinical setting.
