Description

This is an RN – Assisted Living / Short-Term Rehabilitation (Charter House) travel assignment.

Key details

Shift Options:
- Days: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Nights: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Schedule: 3×12-hour shifts
Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd weekend

Requirements

Education

Graduate of an accredited ADN, Diploma, or BSN nursing program

Licensure & Certifications

✅ Active RN license
✅ BLS/BCLS (depending on state and Mayo region)

Experience

Required: Experience in Assisted Living and Short-Term Rehabilitation/ Rehab
Preferred: Long-Term Care (LTC) experience
