We’re seeking a skilled CLS / Medical Technologist to support a busy hospital lab during night shifts. This role requires strong technical expertise across laboratory disciplines along with hands-on phlebotomy experience.

🩺 Key Responsibilities

Perform laboratory testing and analysis across multiple disciplines
Collect and process patient specimens (phlebotomy required)
Ensure accuracy, quality control, and timely reporting of results
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation
Follow all lab safety and compliance protocols
Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care

✅ Requirements

Minimum 2 years of CLS/MT experience (Required)
Active Montana State License (Required)
ASCP or equivalent certification (Preferred/Required per facility)
Phlebotomy experience (Required)
Experience with EPIC EMR (Preferred)
Ability to work independently on night shifts
