North Carolina | Direct Hire | Hybrid Opportunities Available

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $90,000+
  • Uncapped Monthly Bonus Program
  • Annual Performance Bonus: Up to $12,000
  • Sign-On Bonus/Relocation Assistance: Up to $25,000
  • Spanish Speaking Differential: $2,500

Triad Region

  • Base Salary: $100,000+

Higher salary expectations may be considered based on experience.

 

Schedule

  • Monday-Friday
  • Typical start times between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM
  • Hybrid schedule available after onboarding and performance milestones are achieved:
    • 4 days onsite
    • 1 day remote

Home-Based Opportunities

  • Service areas generally limited to a 30-minute radius
  • Mileage reimbursed at the federal rate

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA Certification
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • Passion for working with children and families affected by ASD
