Compensation
- Base Salary: $90,000+
- Uncapped Monthly Bonus Program
- Annual Performance Bonus: Up to $12,000
- Sign-On Bonus/Relocation Assistance: Up to $25,000
- Spanish Speaking Differential: $2,500
Triad Region
- Base Salary: $100,000+
Higher salary expectations may be considered based on experience.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- Typical start times between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM
- Hybrid schedule available after onboarding and performance milestones are achieved:
- 4 days onsite
- 1 day remote
Home-Based Opportunities
- Service areas generally limited to a 30-minute radius
- Mileage reimbursed at the federal rate
Qualifications
- Active BCBA Certification
- Master's degree in a related field
- Passion for working with children and families affected by ASD
