2 Plus yrs/ current experience required.
AHA BLS & AHA ACLS, NIH, TNCC, PALS, CPI (or Avade) are required. KY or compact license required.
Float required within scope of practice; every other weekend required.
Blocked scheduling cannot be accommodated.

DISCLOSURE: ALL Facilities work a Schedule of 36/48 for the two week pay period unless notated otherwise on job order. Ratios can fluctuate with census, call in, etc.
Orientation is bi-weekly. Start date on job is start date needed. Resource must reside at least 75 miles from facility to be considered, locals not accepted. Assignment confirmation needs to be signed within 24 hrs of an offer. 
Shift Information: Night (3x12 Hours) 19:00 7:30 / Night (4x12 Hours) 19:00 7:30

1. STRICT: Must attach a copy of Traveler’s unexpired DL. Address must match their permanent address.
2. STRICT: License: Active Compact or State License in Hand required at time of submission. No Exceptions.
3. STRICT: Schedule Requirement: Must be willing to accept an 84 hours per two weeks Scheduling (one-week 3x12, next week 4x12). Travelers who cannot accept this schedule will be cancelled
4. STRICT: Experience: 2 years of experience in Specialty required to submit for consideration.
5. STRICT: RTO - ARH will consider up to 7 days of RTO. RTO must be presented up front, and no changes will be accepted. Must work either a major or minor of every holiday.
6. STRICT: Travelers may only submit to ONE POSITION AT A TIME- Please pick your top choice.
7. Travel Pairs: ARH accepts minimal traveler pairs. Pairs will not be on the same shift or unit..
8. Background Policy - We must submit any license hits or background check issues up front
9. Extensions: after working one year, travelers must take a minimum 6 month break from the system prior to being eligible to return
