Travel RN – Operating Room (Circulating & Recovery Room)

📍 Location: Lewistown, Montana

📅 Start Date: August 24, 2026
📄 Contract Length: 13 Weeks

🕒 Shift: 8-Hour Days | 40 Hours/Week
📞 Call: Weekend, Holiday & Call Required

Requirements

• Active Montana RN License (Required)
• Minimum 3 years of Operating Room experience
• Experience with Circulating and Recovery Room (PACU) nursing
• BLS/CPR (Healthcare Provider)
• ACLS Certification
• Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
• Ability to participate in weekend, holiday, and on-call coverage

Responsibilities

• Provide circulating nurse care during surgical procedures.
• Assist the surgical team according to established OR protocols.
• Deliver safe, high-quality patient care before, during, and after surgery.
• Prepare patients for scheduled surgical procedures.
• Monitor and assess patients throughout the perioperative experience.
• Provide recovery room (PACU) nursing care following procedures.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Cerner EMR.
• Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety standards.
