Location: Great Falls, MT
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift | 36 Hours/Week

Compensation

💰 Pay: $37/hour on W2
🏠 Weekly Stipend: $1,246
💵 Total Weekly Pay: Approx. $2,578

Job Responsibilities

Provide critical care for patients in a 10-bed Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU).
Care for immediate post-operative open-heart surgery patients from Day 1.
Monitor and manage hemodynamically stable and unstable cardiac patients.
Operate advanced critical care equipment, including A-lines, chest tubes, central lines, ventilators, and multiple IV pumps.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Assist with discharge planning and provide patient and family education.

Requirements

Active Montana RN License
Minimum 2 years of CVICU/Critical Care experience
Recent Open Heart Recovery experience is required
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Experience with Meditech EMR preferred
Strong critical thinking and leadership skills
