REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:
- Active TX RN License
Floating Area(s):
- Med/Renal, Oncology, Med/Surg Tele, CVTS and Telemetry
Dress Code:
- Scrub Color
- RN: Navy-scrub top and pant, Navy
- Nail Policy – Clean and Healthy
- Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed
- Tattoos – Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not feasible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually
- Piercings – Visible piercings other than ears, is prohibited

- Floating Guidelines - Expected to work and float to other areas
- Attendance Policies
Weekends and On call(if any)
- 4 weekend shifts in a schedule or 2 full weekends.
