Description

Travel MRI Technologist

Shift: Evenings (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM)
Weekends/Holidays: Alternating weekends and holidays required

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of MRI experience in an acute care setting
Must be able to perform MRI and X-ray when needed
Experience with GE or Philips MRI equipment
Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology
NYSDOH Radiologic Technologist License (Required)
ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT Certification (Required)
BLS (AHA) preferred

Responsibilities

Perform MRI examinations safely and accurately
Perform X-ray procedures as needed
Operate GE or Philips MRI systems
Ensure patient safety, positioning, and image quality
Follow MRI safety protocols and department policies
Document procedures in EPIC
