⏰ Schedule: 12-Hour Night Shifts + Rotating Weekends
📞 Call: ~1 shift every 6 weeks (subject to change)

🏥 About the Role
Join a high-performing Family Birth Place team providing evidence-based, compassionate care across the full continuum of labor and delivery. This role requires a strong, experienced RN comfortable in multiple areas including L&D, postpartum, and newborn care.
🩺 Key Responsibilities
- Provide care for labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum patients
- Support couplet care (mother & newborn)
- Assist in OR and PACU settings as needed
- Monitor and manage high-risk and routine deliveries
- Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in call rotation and weekend coverage
- Deliver patient-centered, compassionate care
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of L&D RN experience
- Charge Nurse experience (REQUIRED)
- Active Colorado RN License or Compact License
- BLS, ACLS, NRP, and STABLE Certifications (Required)
- Flu Vaccine required (or agreement to obtain)
- Strong teamwork and clinical adaptability
