Description

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Day Shift

Schedule: Day Shift | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 06:00 – 18:30 | 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week
Weekend & Holiday Protocol: Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) rotations required.
On-Call Protocol: No on-call duties specified.
Assignment Length: 13-Week Contract (08/31/2026 – 11/29/2026)
Local Rate Policy: Local clinicians receive a reduced rate.
Floating Protocol: May be required to float onsite within skill set or to sister facilities within a 40-mile radius as needed.

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of recent clinical experience as an RRT with a strong background in acute critical care settings.
Travel Experience: Prior travel assignment experience is required.
Procedural Competency [HARDSTOP]: Documented hands-on experience with endotracheal intubation and arterial line insertion.
EMR Mandate [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical charting experience in Epic EMR is required.
Licensure & Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
- Active Wisconsin Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License.
- Active NBRC RRT Credential (Registered Respiratory Therapist).
- Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
