Description

Role: Psychiatric Registered Nurse (Psych RN)
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: 12-Hour Nights
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Experience Required

Minimum 1 year of Psychiatric Nursing experience
Medical-Surgical or Acute Care experience preferred
First-time travelers are accepted

Required Certifications & Licensure

Active Washington State RN License or Compact RN License
BLS Certification
CPI (Crisis Prevention Institute) or MOAB (Management of Aggressive Behavior) Certification

Required Skills

Candidates should have experience with:

Psychiatric assessments
De-escalation techniques
Managing patients in physical restraints
Behavioral crisis intervention
Safe patient management
