Description

Job Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, and provide patient care according to nursing standards.
Administer medications and treatments safely.
Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions.
Document patient care accurately and report changes in condition.
Follow physician orders and maintain patient safety.
Maintain equipment and supplies for quality care.

Licensed & Certification:

Current OH or Compact State RN nursing license.
BLS certification required.
ACLS certification preferred.
PALS certification
