Position: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Facility: Haxtun Main Street Clinic
Location: Haxtun, Colorado
Shift: 10-Hour Days (Monday–Friday)
Schedule: Day shift, 40 hours per week

Job Summary

• Provide physical rehabilitation services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and treatment plans prescribed by the Physical Therapist.
• Help restore function, reduce pain, improve mobility, and prevent disability.

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) program.
• Active Colorado PTA license or Compact PTA license.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of physical therapy experience.

Ideal Candidate

• Licensed PTA with an active CO or compact license.
• Comfortable working in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Strong communication and patient care skills.
• Able to work independently while collaborating with the supervising Physical Therapist.

Submission Notes:

• Active CO/Compact PTA license required.
• Current BLS required.
• One year of PTA experience preferred, but not mandatory if the facility is willing to consider less experienced candidates.
