Job Title: Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse - Rotating Shifts (Salem Hospital - Salem, MA)
Job Description: Take on an exciting travel nursing assignment in the surgical suite at Salem Hospital in Salem, MA! We are seeking an experienced OR Registered Nurse for a 40-hour weekly contract starting September 6, 2026. Join a dynamic Level III Trauma community OR utilizing advanced robotic tech like DaVinci and Mako systems. Apply today!
Contract Details:
- Start Date: September 6, 2026.
- Schedule: 40 Guaranteed Hours/Week | Rotating shifts (Days with occasional evenings and weekends) + required call.
- Location: Salem Hospital (Salem, MA).
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of independent circulating OR experience; must have Mako and DaVinci robotic system proficiency (scrub experience preferred).
- Licensure & Certifications: Active Massachusetts RN License; active AHA BLS certification (CNOR preferred).

Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
