Position Details

• Specialty: Med-Surg / Emergency Department Float RN
• Shift: 12-hour shifts

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med-Surg RN experience required
• Recent Emergency Department RN experience required
• Previous Critical Access Hospital experience strongly preferred
• Strong EPIC EMR experience required

Required Certifications

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)

Qualifications

• Strong Med-Surg and Emergency Department nursing experience
• Critical Access Hospital experience preferred
• Excellent assessment and clinical decision-making skills
• Must have strong EPIC EMR experience
• Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in a flexible float role
