Provider Type: NP • Provider Specialty: Psychiatric Mental Health • Start & End Date: Start September 20th through end of year. Shifts TBD • Reason for Coverage: • Worksite Setting – Inpatient • Work Schedule (Dates of coverage, schedules/hours, call schedule) – 8-10 hour shifts M-F with occasional weekend coverage, no call. • Patient/Caseload Info. (Patient per day/hour, call volume, procedure volume) – 12 patients per day, mostly adult, possibly some adolescent • Staff Info. (Support staff info.) – Psychiatrist 24/7, nurses and psych techs, social workers and discharge planner
