Job Title: Travel Operating Room Registered Nurse - Days (Hackensack Meridian Health - Neptune City, NJ)

We are seeking an experienced Level I Trauma OR Registered Nurse for day shifts starting September 7, 2026. Contract Details:

Start Date: September 7, 2026.
Schedule: Day shifts | Full-time contract.
Location: Hackensack Meridian Health (Neptune City / New Jersey area).

Requirements:

Experience: Mandatory Level I Trauma OR experience; must be highly skilled in endovascular, spine, neuro, and orthopedic trauma procedures (scrub skills are a strong plus); flexibility to float to ASC as needed.
Licensure & Certifications: Active New Jersey (or compact) RN license; active AHA BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
Education: ASN required; BSN preferred.

Cons

Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
