Pay + IRS mileage $.76/mile Start ASAP for 13 weeks M-F, days
Coverage area:

Schaumburg-Naperville / Northwest Chicagoland Service area
Chicago North & Near NorthSide May be asked to help in other territories within facility's service area as needed which is about a 60 mile radius from the Facility address LVNs are required to get 32 points per week, routine visits .9. Must have recent HH exp 2024-25 HomeCare HomeBase experience required Client may consider without HCHB exp at a reduced rate - for the first 2 weeks if the manager is willing to train.
