2 years SNF or LTC experience required
Patient ratios: Unit 1 is 12 beds for short term residents (average census is 5-8) and 10 CBRF residents. Unit 2 is LTC with 20 beds. 3 aides and 2 nurses per shift (day and PM shift)
will be required to float to Short term, Long term, and CBRF Unit
Health, vision, dental benefits available day 1 of your contract
