Description
OR RN – Travel Assignment
- Shift: 3x12 Days, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Call: Weekday, weekend, and holiday call rotation (30-minute response)
- Hours: 36/week
- Charting: Epic
- May float to outpatient surgery
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of OR experience
- 2–3 prior travel assignments
- Orthopedic experience required
- Robotics (Da Vinci) experience required (must know how to pass robotic arms)
- Epic experience required
- BLS & ACLS required (PALS preferred)
Cases:
General, Ortho, Neuro, Trauma, Vascular, ENT, Eye, Robotics, Pediatrics, and emergency surgeries (excluding CVOR & C-sections).
Unit Details:
- 9 ORs, 1 procedure room, 1 hybrid OR
- 35–45 cases/day
- Scrub experience preferred (not required)
- Hospital provides scrubs
- 1-week orientation
Submission Notes:
- Must live 50+ miles from the facility
- Only one WVU position can be submitted at a time
- Background issues must be disclosed at submission.
