Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LPC/LMFT)

Location: Madison, WI 53718
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Start Date: 07/27/2026
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Setting: Intensive Outpatient Program

Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LPC, LMFT, or in-training therapist to join a specialized Intensive Outpatient Program serving both pediatric and adult patients. This role focuses on the treatment of OCD, anxiety disorders, depression, and mood disorders in a structured outpatient setting.

A strong background in group therapy is highly preferred, as this will be a primary responsibility within the program.

Responsibilities

Facilitate and lead group therapy sessions
Conduct safety assessments
Complete admissions and discharges
Develop and maintain treatment plans
Document patient care and complete required charting
Collaborate with families of pediatric patients
Support patients through individualized treatment goals

Requirements

Preferred

MSW with LCSW
LPC
LMFT

Ideal Experience

Group therapy leadership
Behavioral health, IOP, PHP, or outpatient mental health settings
OCD and anxiety treatment
Depression and mood disorder treatment
Experience working with pediatric and adult populations

Compensation

Travel:

Taxable Rate: $29.00/hr
Housing Stipend: $770/week
Meals & Incidentals: $476/week

Local:

$52.00/hr
