RN – Home Health | Los Angeles County

Requirements:

2+ years recent Home Health experience (high-volume caseloads required)
1+ year Home Health travel experience (first-time travelers not accepted)
Recent OASIS experience required
Active RN license & BLS required
Updated supervisory references required at submission

Assignment Details:

8:00 AM start
LA County territory (5–20-mile radius)
Weekend requirement: 1 full weekend + 1 additional weekend shift every 6 weeks
No call
Mileage reimbursed at IRS rate
Local candidates accepted (no radius rule)

Note: Candidates must pass an OASIS exam before interview. Review OASIS-E1 (G Section, GG Section, and M1800 series) prior to testing.
