Description
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Rotating Shift
- Schedule: Rotating Shifts | 40 Hours Guaranteed Per Week | Shifts include 8-hr and 10-hr options (13:45 – 22:15, 18:00 – 06:00, 22:00 – 06:00)
- Holiday Protocol: Must work every other major holiday.
- On-Call Protocol: No on-call duties specified.
- Assignment Duration: 13-Week Contract (08/31/2026 – 11/28/2026)
- Candidate Type & Local Rate Policy: Accepts both local and travel candidates; local candidates residing within 50 miles receive a reduced rate.
- Interview Process: Interviews conducted directly by IVS Clinical Services.
- RTO Rule: Requested Time Off (RTO) must be included at the time of submission; it will not be approved post-confirmation.
Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]
- Experience Baseline: Minimum 1+ years of recent acute care experience as an RRT.
- Autonomous Practice: Must be capable of working completely independently on assigned shifts.
- Licensure & Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION]:
- Active Massachusetts Respiratory Therapist License (State License in-hand at submittal).
- Active NBRC RRT Credential (Registered Respiratory Therapist via NBRC required at submittal).
- Active NRP Certification (Neonatal Resuscitation Program required for Cambridge Hospital).
- Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- EMR Experience: Clinical documentation experience in Epic EMR preferred.
