Job Title: Surgical Technologist I
Job Overview
We are seeking a Surgical Technologist I to support the surgical team by maintaining a sterile environment, preparing instruments and supplies, and assisting throughout surgical procedures. This entry-level role requires a strong understanding of aseptic technique and the ability to anticipate the needs of the operating room team to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology Program
- Current Surgical Technologist Certification
- Current BLS Certification (AHA) or ability to obtain within 60 days of employment
- Strong knowledge of aseptic and sterile techniques
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
