🏥 Travel RN – Neuro/Surgical Telemetry
📍 Tennessee
🌙 Night Shift | 3x12 | 13-Week Contract
Join a fast-paced Neuro/Surgical Telemetry Unit providing care for neurological and post-surgical patients while working with a supportive clinical team.
✨ Position Highlights
- 💰 Competitive Weekly Pay
- 🌙 Night Shift (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
- ⏰ 36 Hours/Week

✅ Requirements
- Active Tennessee or Compact RN License
- BLS, ACLS & NIHSS (AHA) required
- Minimum 2 years of Med Surg/Telemetry experience
- Recent EPIC experience (within the last 12 months) – must be clearly documented
- Travel experience preferred but not required
🩺 Unit Details
- Neuro/Surgical Telemetry patient population
- Float to Med/Surg, Telemetry, or low-acuity ICU as needed
- No call required
- Weekend rotation: 3 weekends per 4-week schedule
- Must be available to work Memorial Day if scheduled

Cons
Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst I’ve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is ok🥴 but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Don’t do it!
