💼 Position Overview

As an Emergency Room Registered Nurse, you will:

• Deliver comprehensive patient care using the nursing process
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient conditions
• Provide patient and family education
• Collaborate with physicians and support staff
• Supervise and guide ancillary personnel
• Maintain high standards of professional nursing practice 

🧠 What You’ll Need

• Active Iowa RN License (or compact eligible)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Certifications (Required):
  • BLS (AHA)
  • ACLS (AHA)
  • PALS  
  • TNCC  
• Experience: Open to less than 1 year (great for newer ER nurses!)

📋 Compliance & Onboarding (Important)

To ensure a smooth start, all candidates must provide the following at least 5 business days prior to start:

• Resume + 2 recent references
• Active license verification (within 30 days)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC
• Immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Hep B, TDaP, Flu, etc.)
• TB test (2-step or QuantiFERON)
• Physical exam (within 1 year)
• Drug screen (within 30 days)
• Background checks (multi-state, OIG, SAM, etc.)
• Mandatory Reporter Certifications (or completed during onboarding)
• CareLearning modules completion
