💼 Position Overview

As a Certified Surgical Technologist (CST), you will play a critical role in the operating room, ensuring safe, efficient surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Function as the scrub tech during surgical procedures
Prepare and maintain a sterile field
Ensure all instruments, supplies, and equipment are ready and functioning
Interpret and prepare case carts based on surgeon preference cards
Collaborate with surgeons, RNs, SPD, and materials management
Anticipate surgical team needs during procedures
Assist with OR workflow, including turnover coordination

🧠 Requirements

Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) – Required
Graduate of an accredited Surgical Tech program (or military equivalent)
BLS (AHA) certification
Minimum 2 years of OR experience
Active state license (if applicable)
