Description

Responsibilities:

Ensure expert, compassionate, individualized nursing care.
Oversee daily patient flow to enhance care, safety, and satisfaction.
Triage incoming patient requests effectively.
Provide patient education to facilitate healthcare choices and promote wellness.
Delegate care appropriately in accordance with Colorado statute.
Exhibit competent healthcare assessment, prioritization, and critical thinking skills.
Handle high volumes of patient requests for information and assistance.
Coordinate patient care with other practices and facilities to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Deliver excellent service by advocating for safety and patient preferences through Relationship-Based Care.
Role model principles of a Just Culture and Organizational Values.
Maintain HIPAA compliance.

Requirements:

Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Colorado or a valid compact state.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
