🏥 House Supervisor RN – Care Career
House Supervisor RN opportunity available that may be a great fit for someone with strong nursing leadership and hospital-wide coordination experience.
Position: House Supervisor RN
Shift: 3 × 12-hour shifts
Shift Time: 5:00 PM–5:00 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Contract: 13 weeks
Position Urgency: Quick Start
👩⚕️ Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient placement and movement
- Coordinate staffing with nursing directors
- Attend all emergency codes and traumas
- Provide support to staff throughout the hospital
- Act as a liaison between providers and staff
- Coordinate with other healthcare facilities
- Support overall hospital operations during the shift
⭐ Ideal Candidate
- Strong nursing leadership experience
- House Supervisor or Charge Nurse experience preferred
- Experience with staffing coordination and patient placement
- Comfortable responding to emergency codes and traumas
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
