Description
POSITION : RN – FLEX POOL | MED-SURG / STEP DOWN
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced RN – Flex Pool to float between various medical and surgical units. The RN may be assigned to Medical, Surgical Acute, and occasionally Cardiovascular units based on facility needs.
Shifts: 12-hour shifts - Days (06:45 to 19:15)
Responsibilities
- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care across multiple medical and surgical units.
- Float between assigned units based on staffing and patient-care needs.
- Monitor and assess patients and administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
- Follow facility policies, procedures, and patient-safety standards.
Requirements:
BLS and ACLS from AHA required
HI RN license or Compact required
2–10 years of experience required
