Description
AUTO OFFER Registered Nurse – Med/Tele
Location- Lufkin, TX
Shift- Days (6:30 AM – 7:00 PM)
Guaranteed Hours- 36 hrs/week OR 36/48 hrs Rotating Every Two Weeks
Contract Length- 13 Weeks
36 Hours/Week Pay Package:
- Weekly Gross: $1,870
- W2 Rate /Hr: $20
- Weekly Stipend: $1,150
48 hours/week Pay Package:
- Weekly Gross: $2,494
- W2 Rate /Hr: $24
- Weekly Stipend: $1,246
Additional Benefits:
- 12 Hours Paid Orientation
- 13 Hours Paid Sick Leave
Job Description:
Required Certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS
- Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Tele experience required
- Rural hospital experience preferred
- Experience caring for CHF, Diabetes, Pneumonia, CKD, and Medical/Telemetry patients
- Must be able to read telemetry strips
- Every other weekend and holiday coverage required
- No call required
- Floating to Med/Surg units and Tele holds as needed
- Paragon EMR (transitioning to EPIC in October 2026)
- Navy blue scrubs
