Description
The Physical Therapy Assistant's primary function is to perform selected physical therapy procedures and
related tasks under the direction and supervision of a registered Physical Therapist. The Assistant will
treat patients with modalities and exercise in accordance with patient's medical needs and with an
approved treatment plan and will understand their limitations as an assistant. The assistant will assist in
maintaining the department in a neat and orderly manner. The assistant will complete all documentation
of daily notes and discharge data. Patients cared for may include infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adult,
and geriatric.
Submission Requirements
- Recent traveler experience - [PREFERRED]
- 2 years inpatient rehab and PTA experience - [REQUIRED]
- The Below certifications are required for the position, but CCMH will still review applicants who may not have them or have active copies.
Shift Times: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
