Responsibilities:

• Perform patient assessments and develop/implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and provide IV therapy as needed
• Monitor patient progress and collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehab team
• Provide wound care and manage patient safety needs
• Assist with mobility and rehabilitation activities using equipment such as mechanical lifts and Sara Steady
• Educate patients and families regarding care plans and recovery goals
• Maintain accurate documentation in Meditech EMR
• Provide safe and compassionate patient care in a rehabilitation setting

Requirements:

• Active RN license
• BLS certification required
• Previous Inpatient Rehab or Med Surg RN experience required
• IV experience required
• Ability to care for adult rehabilitation patients
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Flexible, kind, and thorough approach to patient care
