Travel RN – Med/Surg Telemetry
Location: Cleveland, OH
Contract Length: 20 Weeks (13-week contracts also accepted)
Schedule: 3x12-Hour Rotating Shifts

• Days: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Travelers may rotate between day and night shifts based on operational needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult Med/Surg Telemetry patients.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately.
• Float to units J1-2, J33, and the Emergency Department to care for the same patient population as needed.
• Participate in orientation and complete required competency assessments.

Requirements

• Active Ohio RN License or Compact RN License.
• Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Minimum 18 months of permanent RN experience in the specialty (travel experience may count toward recent MS/Tele experience).
• AHA or American Red Cross BLS.
• ACLS Certification.
• NIHSS Certification.
• Oncology/chemotherapy administration experience preferred but not required.
• One manager, supervisor, ANM, or director reference from the specialty within the past 12 months.
