Description

Pride health is actively hiring a Registered Nurse to join our client's home health program in a growing care team serving patients.

Compensation:

Travel Pay Package: Up to $2,550.00 weekly.

Location: Shepherdsville, KY, 40165

On Call/Weekend Requirement: yes, one weekend per month
Coverage Areas: Shepherdsville, KY including Bullitt and Jefferson Counties
Shift schedule (days, start & end times): Monday through Friday 8am-4:30 pm
Will Milage be reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient (Y/N)? Y

Coverage Areas: Snyder/Union/Northumberland Counties.
Shift schedule (days, start & end times): Monday to Friday
Will Milage be reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient (Y/N)? Yes

Responsibilities:

Provides skilled nursing services in the home setting, including start of care admissions, assessments, and ongoing patient management in accordance with physician orders. Ensures accurate documentation, coordinates with the interdisciplinary team, and supports timely, compliant, high-quality patient care.

Must have qualifications/experience: Home Health.
Type of certification required: RN licensure in PA or Comact License, BLS/CPR/ACLS
Dress code/scrub colour: Any colour.
