Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will administer a variety of immunizations, including Flu, COVID-19, MMR, and other recommended vaccines, in a retail clinic setting. PPE will be provided. The role requires delivering safe, compassionate, and efficient patient care while supporting community vaccination initiatives.

Responsibilities

Administer Flu, COVID-19, MMR, and other recommended vaccines.
Assess patients before vaccination and monitor for adverse reactions.
Maintain accurate vaccination records and documentation.
Educate patients on vaccines, possible side effects, and post-vaccination care.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure quality patient care.
Maintain compliance with clinical, safety, and infection control protocols.
Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling and work hours.
Contribute to a positive, patient-focused team environment.

Minimum Qualifications

Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, including immunization/vaccination experience.
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and vaccine delivery.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must not be listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED.

Prior retail pharmacy experience is not required.
This is an onsite, patient-facing position.
Individual start assignment.
