Description

Primary Responsibilities

Operate fluoroscopy equipment during cardiac catheterization procedures.
Scrub and maintain a sterile field during diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath procedures.
Monitor patients and assist physicians during procedures.
Assist with supply and equipment management, stocking, and unit projects.
Float within the hospital and affiliated locations as needed.
Participate in on-call coverage (nights and weekends).
Cross-train to support Electrophysiology (EP) procedures when required.
Assist with structural heart procedures, including TAVR and TMVR (MitraClip) in the Hybrid OR.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab Tech experience.
Must be proficient in:
- Diagnostic Cardiac Catheterization
- Interventional Cardiac Catheterization
- Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI)
- Scrubbing and maintaining a sterile field
- Impella insertion
- Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) placement/removal
- TAVR procedures
- MitraClip procedures

Required Certifications BLS (AHA) ACLS (AHA) ARRT (Required) Epic experience required.
