Shift Information: Day (3x12 Hours) 7:00 19:30

Submission Requirements:

1. RTO: RTO is due at time of submission. RTO after submission will not be accepted. Please ensure your traveler does not have any time off planned that will prevent them from completing pre-start compliance on time for the proposed start date. Block Scheduling cannot be accommodated.
2. Local Radius: 50 miles

6. Travelers MUST complete labs within 48 hours of signing
7. PA Fingerprints are REQUIRED and may require travel time (over 100 miles). Travelers must complete fingerprints within 1 week of signing their contract and must provide receipt confirming completion. If your traveler does not have a PA Childline and FP result from within 12 months of start, they must go in at the earliest offered fingerprint date or risk being cancelled as results take up to 2 weeks to process, these cannot pend. These items can take anywhere between 2-4 weeks to process from the date of completion.
8. Valid State License or Certification is required at time of submission.
9. Valid References and copies of certifications are required.
10. Pass/Fail Exam required for all clinical candidates except for:  Behavioral Health, OR, RRTs, CNAs, remote Telephone Triage positions, Transitional Skilled Unit, and Outpatient Infusion RNs. This is required for clearance; candidates will only have 3 attempts to pass. A 3rd attempt will result in an automatic cancellation. There is no clinical remediation approved for this hospital system.
