Requirements

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology Program recognized by CAAHEP or ABHES, or certification through the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA).
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification – Required.
3–5 years of Surgical Technologist experience required.
Proficiency in medical terminology and electronic medical record (EMR) documentation preferred.
