Knowledge in total joint revisions and orthopedic trauma

Key Responsibilities: First scrub complex total joint revision cases using multiple vendor systems including Stryker, DePuy, Smith & Nephew, and Zimmer Operate with proficiency using the Mako robotic system and Hana table First assist on polytrauma orthopedic cases with minimal supervision Ensure adherence to high efficiency standards, including 30-minute room turnovers and supporting a 90% first case on-time start (FCOTS) rate Collaborate with a tight-knit surgical team across five high-volume orthopedic ORs
