Description
12H Nights Nights + 4 weekend shifts in a 4 week schedule + holiday rotation + will float to sister
Unit Notes:***LEVEL II NICU EXPERIENCE REQUIRED***Minimum 2 years of experience - must be recent, within the past 6 months.
A pass/fail Sim Lab (re: foley catheter insertion) is required on Day 1 of orientation (study guides provided with first day instructions- Unit: NICU - Level II EQ & SCN (Special Care Nursery)- # beds: NICU: 12 Private Rooms SCN: 18 beds (3 rooms - POD based - 6 babies in each room) Sometimes they do go over capacity until they are able to move a baby to newborn)- Certs: BLS & NRP required. STABLE preferred would be a plus- Ratios: NICU 2:1 SCN 3:1 - Charge Nurse: Yes,
