• Pay Package: Please reach out for further discussion and negotiation.
• Regular Pay: $23/hr
• Weekly Housing & Meal Stipend: $ 2450/weekly
• Weekly Gross Pay: $ 3,250 (subject to completion of scheduled hours)

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and document patients' physical and emotional conditions.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and treatments as prescribed.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care.
• Monitor vital signs and recognize changes in patient conditions, responding appropriately.
• Perform wound care, dressing changes, catheter care, and other nursing procedures.
• Educate patients and their families on diagnoses, medications, treatments, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and hospital policies.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide life-saving interventions when needed.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to LPNs, CNAs, and other support staff as appropriate.
• Advocate for patients while providing compassionate, high-quality care.
