Interim Radiology Manager (ARRT Required)

Direct Hire | Full-Time | Day Shift

Pay: $44.00–$67.00/hour

Lead the Radiology Department at a community-focused acute care hospital in Saint Peter, Minnesota. This full-time, direct-hire leadership role combines department management with hands-on clinical responsibilities while working alongside physicians, nursing leadership, and executive leadership to deliver high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the Radiology Department.
Supervise, mentor, and develop radiology staff.
Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and department performance.
Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with physicians and hospital leadership.
Maintain clinical competency by performing imaging procedures as needed.

Qualifications

Required

ARRT certification in Radiography.
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
5+ years of Radiology experience.
2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain).

Preferred

CT or Mammography certification.
Experience with budgeting, staffing, and department operations.
