Pay: $3,846/week gross

Position Overview
A skilled and experienced Director of Nursing (DON) is needed for a 13‑week assignment at a reputable long‑term care facility in Bemidji, MN. This role requires a confident clinical leader with strong LTC/SNF management experience and the ability to guide nursing operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and support high‑quality resident care.
Requirements
- Active Minnesota RN license (required to apply)
- Minimum 1 year of DON or LTC/SNF management experience
- Current BLS certification
- Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations
- Proven leadership, communication, and team‑building skills
Additional Details
- Travel pay applies only within an 80‑mile radius of Bemidji; candidates outside this radius will receive a reduced rate.
- Full-time schedule; facility will provide specifics during interview.
