🩺 What You’ll Be Doing

As an Operating Room RN, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring safe, efficient surgical procedures and excellent patient outcomes.

• Provide pre-, intra-, and post-operative nursing care
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical teams
• Maintain sterile environment and ensure OR safety protocols
• Monitor patient condition and respond to changes
• Educate patients and families on procedures and recovery
• Document care in accordance with hospital guidelines
• Assist with surgical procedures as needed 

✅ Requirements

• Active RN License (Colorado or Compact)
• BLS (AHA) – Required
• 1+ year of OR experience
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN required)
• Strong clinical judgment and teamwork skills 

⭐ Preferred

• BSN
• Previous travel OR experience
• Additional certifications (ACLS, CNOR – a plus)
