REQUIREMENTS:

Work history/resume/employment history must have 36 months of current RRT / Respiratory Therapy experience [required]
Skills Checklist must be specific to the discipline listed on the job (Respiratory Therapy) – [required]
IDPH / Iowa Department of Public Health / Respiratory Care and Polysomnography – [highly preferred] [document]
Professional Reference/Reference Check - charge/supervisor/nurse manager/director/CNO/COO performance evaluation/reference from within 24 months of today's date [preferred]
Driver’s License [document] [required]
AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS BLS / basic life support – [required]
AHA/American Heart Association or ARC/AMERICAN RED CROSS ACLS / advance cardiac life support – [required]
NBRC / National Board for Respiratory Care -- [required]
PALs / pediatric advanced certificate [required] [document]
