· Number of Beds - 32

· Number of Staff – 63

· Type of staff:

o Night Shift – 1 charge, ½ unit clerk, necessary nurses to take care of patients

· Patient Ratios – 1:2 or 1:3

· Type of equipment – Vents, Oscillators, Vapotherm

· EMR – Centricity Perinatal and Meditech

Typical hiring profile

Skill Set Most recruited for:

Must have: Ventilator experience, experience with 23 – 40+ week gestation infants

·Active RN license 

Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.

· Ventilator/Oscillator

· CPN charting

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):

· Intubations, assist with eye exams, feeding tube insertions, IV insertions

·

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS:

· CPR, NRP
