Requirements:
- ACLS & BLS
- IV Start & Telemetry
- Must be able to read and interpret telemetry strips
- Active RN/Compact license
- No local travelers ā 50+ mile radius
š Floating: Travelers may float between campuses in the Dayton area, including Main, South and North campuses.
š RTO: Up to 14 days per contract; must be submitted upfront.
ā Great fit for an experienced Tele/Surgical RN comfortable with floating and working a consistent night schedule.

Cons
Lack benefits and perks other companies offer. Was incorrectly paid more than once. The assignment was the worst Iāve experienced from management down to housekeeping. They nitpick travelers on every level and give them double the respiratory therapist to patient ratio with every assignment spread over multiple floors and areas on every side of the facility. Staff makes no attempt at teamwork. Bottom line: Malone is okš„“ but has MUCH room to improve. Elizabethtown, KY is awful and puts their patients and your license at risk every shift. Donāt do it!
