<h2>Travel RN – Operating Room (OR / 5x8 Days)<br /> </h2><h3>🚨 CRITICAL Onboarding &amp; Hard Requirements</h3><ul><li><strong>Education Requirement:</strong> <strong>BSN is strictly required</strong> by the facility <i>(candidates with an ADN will not be accepted)</i>.</li><li><strong>Experience Requirement:</strong> Minimum of <i><strong>3 years</strong></i> of acute care RN OR experience <i><strong>PLUS</strong></i><strong> </strong><i>prior travel nursing experience</i>.</li><li><strong>On-Call Response Time:</strong> Candidates must be able to arrive at the facility within <i><strong>30 minutes</strong></i> when called in. <i>(Advise candidates to secure housing within a 30-minute window).</i></li><li><strong>Pre-Start Compliance Testing:</strong> Candidates must complete <i>~70 Net Learning modules</i> and pass an <i>ECG &amp; Medication exam (80% passing score or higher) within 1 week of accepting an offer</i>.</li><li><strong>Cancellation Policy:</strong> Facility reserves the right to call off/cancel up to one 12-hour shift per 2-week pay period.</li></ul><h3>Contract Details</h3><ul><li><strong>Location:</strong> Middleburg Heights, OH <i>(Southwest General Health Center)</i></li><li><strong>Shift:</strong> 5x8 Days (06:45 – 15:15 / 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM)</li><li><strong>Schedule:</strong> Full-time, 40 hours/week.
